What Is Evolution Online Fitness?

 Evolution Online Fitness is your online fitness community. There are two primary components to my platform:

1) Fitness Programming and Exercises

      The most common thing I have heard in our decades of experience is that knowing what to do when it comes to fitness can be a challenge. Either you have no idea where to start or you find it is impossible to differentiate between great fitness options and the next fad workout.

       My platform takes out the guesswork. With regularly updated programming you will never get bored with your training but at the same time you will be able to have the time to get comfortable with the workouts and maximize their effectiveness.

 

2) Coaching and Community

     Your Coach has 20 years of experience in this industry and is completely dedicated to you and to your health. 

     We also have an amazing online community that interacts regularly in the platform in an our private members only Facebook group. You don’t have to be alone when you sign up! Even though the community is spread across the world the challenges faced are the same! Having an entire community of people just like you is a huge motivator and an amazing resource for ideas, tips, and even a few laughs!


 

What Makes Evolution Online Fitness Different Than Other Apps and Trainers?

 

This is not a computer-generated list of exercises with cheesy cartoon demos that are difficult to follow.

 

This is not a random series of exercises thrown together but a methodically designed program to maximize your results. This is the culmination of everything Coach Taylor has learned over the course of his career! 

 

All of the exercises come with video demonstrations, written descriptions, and alternatives if you don’t have a piece of equipment or are dealing with an injury or other physical issue. If that isn’t enough don’t forget you have access to our online forum and private Facebook group to get any additional help you might need!


 

How Does Evolution Online Fitness Work?

You sign up. You put in the work. You move and feel better.

 

That is the basic premise! The basics functioning of the program is simple: you log in and are taken to a main page where you will see any new messages and announcements from your coaching team.

 

From there you can go straight to your workout program or click over to the online forum to catch up on any of the latest discussions.

 

There is a choice of programs to follow and we change these programs regularly. How will you know which program to follow? Your coaches will help you decide based on your goals and experience.

 

Once in the program you will see the workouts listed. You simply click the next workout on the list (once you complete a workout you will see a large checkmark letting you know it is complete!) and follow the exercises!

 

Don’t know an exercise? No problem!!! Each one is a clickable link that will show you video demonstrations, written descriptions, and alternative exercises if for some reason you cannot do the particular one we have programmed!

What Is Included in Evolution Online Fitness?

EOF is your online fitness program. You get access to regularly updated programs and a coaching team to help you every step of the way.

 

You also join a fitness community for extra support, great ideas, and a few laughs!

 

I also regularly post about nutrition and all of the latest trends in the health and fitness world!


 

What are the Exercises Like?

You will recognize some of the exercises like push-ups and lunges, however, you may be surprised by how I ask you to do them!

 

I focus on making your body MOVE better and the exercises I use are reflective of this. They are mostly full body and build coordination and mobility. As you gain those things strength and overall fitness improves along the way!


 

What If I Have Never Exercised Before?

No problem. I work with newbies all the time. Yes, there is going to be a learning curve when you first start! That is a part of the process and I hope you won’t let that intimidate you! Take it slow and use your coach and community support to answer questions and help you master all of the new movement!


 

What If I Already Train Regularly?

Even if you have been training your whole life or are a seasoned athlete our programming will challenge you. The best way to understand this is to do my one week trial. Feeling is believing.


 

What If I Don’t Have Any Equipment?

There is some equipment we REALLY love, like kettlebells! Over time I will encourage you to grab a few pieces of equipment for your home or to make sure you train somewhere with the equipment.

 

However, EVERY exercise has alternatives listed so that you do not NEED any equipment to stay up with the program!


 

What If I Already Have A Gym Membership?

Awesome! Consider me your personal trainer in your pocket! About half of my members have gym memberships and use the Evolution Online Fitness platform as their workout guide at the gym.


 

Do I Need Internet Access?

Yes, my platform does rely on connectivity to the Internet.

Many members will screenshot the workout if they are going to be without access. Just remember to check out all the exercises first as without online access you will not be able to check out the videos and descriptions.!

 


 

What If I Don’t Want to Do Before and After Photos?

Cool. I don’t do them. Our focus is on how you feel, how strong you are, and how well you move. Those are the things I track. So many fitness coaches and fitness apps require you to take photos, do measurements, and to do regular weigh ins. I do none of those things because in the long term they are very ineffective tools.


 

How Do I Measure My Progress?

I value one thing: consistency.

 

All of your health and fitness goals can be achieved over time with consistent training. I are not focused on short-term weight loss or any other quick fix goal. Everything I do is designed to make you healthy and fit for the rest of your life.

 

And this requires long-term consistency.

 

Inside the platform I have designed a unique badge reward system that will let you know how consistent you are being with your fitness! As you complete more workouts you will earn badges to keep you on track!

 

It is time to start thinking of how you want to live the rest of your life and not just the next 6 weeks!


 

What About Nutrition?

I post regularly about nutrition and have free ebooks available on the topic. There are many discussions in our forum and in my Facebook group about nutrition and you will learn a LOT there! Plus you can ask any questions you like of myself!

 


 

Are There Extra Fees Once I am a Member?

No. Everything you have read about and seen so far is all included in your one, three, or six month membership. There are no ‘hooks’ or click-bait features once you sign up.

 

I do offer additional services for those who would like more specific coaching, however, these services are completely optional and not required to get the most out of Evolution Online Fitness.

 

At the moment I do offer one-on-one live video coaching sessions as additional services and these are charged on a per session basis.
